AUTUMN TERM ACTIVITIES START ON: THURSDAY 16th JANUARY AND END ON THURSDAY 3rd APRIL 2025.

To book, click: “Add to Basket” on your chosen activities, but don’t forget to confirm your booking by clicking “Confirm/Book Now”.

Ensure you have your parent/carer’s e-mail address or mobile number available, as they will then need to reply to the text/e-mail they receive from us with a completed consent form.

Your space on the activity won’t be 100% confirmed until the consent form is returned.

Ticket/Entry and transport will be provided free of charge by YEPS for this event. The bus times are as follows:

Buses: 

Bryn Celynnog Comprehensive School: 10.00am (return approx. 3.30pm)  
Ysgol Gyfun Garth Olwg: 10.15am (return approx. 3.15pm)  
Ysgol Afon Wen: 10.30am (return approx: 3.00pm) 

You may wish to bring snacks, drinks or a small amount of money to purchase at the venue. Please be aware that this is a physical activity, so we would recommend comfortable, breathable clothing and bring plenty to drink.
