Friday November 24th was White Ribbon Day. A day when the people from many different organisations and walks of life come together to stand with the survivors of abuse and violence toward Women and Girls, and to remember those who have lost their lives.
Many people spoke including MP Alex Davies Jones, a very powerful survivors speech was given and a piece was performed by the Cynon Youth Forum, named ‘Recognise it’ to help young people recognise Red Flags of a potentially toxic and abusive relationships before they develop, followed by a candle-lit vigil.
